  1. Shipping Cost:
    1. The shipping cost is a fixed rate of 26 SAR per order, which covers up to 3 cartons. If your order exceeds 3 cartons, a separate invoice will be issued for the additional shipping charges.
  2. Shipping Areas:
    1. We provide shipping to all locations within Saudi Arabia, ensuring that your customers receive their orders no matter where they are.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time:
    1. Normal Operation Days Turnaround: During regular business days, orders typically take between 1-4 days to be processed and shipped.
    2. Riyadh: Orders within Riyadh are usually delivered to your customers within 1-2 days.
    3. Large Cities: Deliveries to large cities typically take 3-5 days.
    4. Other Cities: For deliveries to other cities, the estimated delivery time ranges from 4-9 days.
  4. Shipping Partners:
    1. We partner with some of the largest and most reliable shipping companies in Saudi Arabia to ensure timely and safe delivery to your customers. Our shipping partners include:
      1. SMSA
      2. J&T Express
      3. Aramex
      4. SPL
  5. Seller Responsibilities:
    1. Shipping Address: It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and customer details are accurate. If incorrect address details are provided and the items are shipped, the seller will be charged for all shipping and return fees.
    2. Return Shipments: In the case of return shipments, we will contact the seller to arrange for the items to be sent to the seller’s location. As we do not hold return inventory, if the seller does not want the returned items, we can donate them to charity on their behalf.
  6. Shipping Speed and Follow-up:
    1. Shipping speed and delivery times depend on the shipping companies. Sellers can reach out to the respective shipping company using the tracking number provided for any follow-up or inquiries regarding the shipment.
