Setting Up Your Profile

  1. Company Details
    1. Company Name: Enter the name of your company. This name will be displayed across the platform and in all customer-facing materials. Make sure it accurately represents your brand.
    2. Company Logo: Upload your company logo in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. This logo will appear on your products, invoices, and throughout your online store, helping to reinforce your brand identity.
  2. Billing Address
    1. First Name & Last Name: Enter the name of the person responsible for billing in your company.
    2. Street Address, City, State, Postcode/Zip, and Country: Fill in the billing address where all financial transactions will be recorded. This address will be used for billing purposes and may appear on invoices.
  3. Shipping Address
    1. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, you can check the box labeled “Shipping Address and Billing Address are the same.” This will automatically populate the shipping fields with the billing address information.
    2. If different, fill in the necessary details, including the first and last name of the person responsible for receiving goods, along with the full shipping address.
  4. Finalizing Your Setup
    1. After filling in all the details, review the information for accuracy. Ensuring that the branding and account settings are correct is crucial for a smooth operational experience. Click “Save” to finalize your setup.
