  1. Overview:
    1. Our platform seamlessly integrates with several major e-commerce platforms, allowing you to manage your print-on-demand products and orders directly from your existing store. Currently, we support integrations with Shopify and Salla.
  2. How to Integrate Your Store:
    1. Shopify Integration:
      1. Log in to your Shopify account and visit the Shopify App Store.
      2. Search for the “Printitle” app and click on “Add App.”
      3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app and grant the necessary permissions.
      4. Once the app is installed, your Shopify store will be connected to Printitle, and you can start adding products and managing orders directly from your Shopify dashboard.
    2. Salla Integration:
      1. Log in to your Salla account and navigate to the “Apps” section.
      2. Search for the “Printitle” app and click on “Install.”
      3. Follow the prompts to connect your Salla store with Printitle.
      4. After the integration is complete, you can manage your products, orders, and other settings directly from your Salla dashboard.
  3. Managing Integrated Stores:
    1. Once your store is integrated, you can access and manage your products, orders, and settings directly through your store’s dashboard. Any changes or updates made in Printitle will automatically sync with your store.
  4. Troubleshooting Integration Issues:
    1. If you encounter any issues during the integration process or while managing your store, please refer to our Knowledge Base for common troubleshooting steps.
